I.T. Support Team

Services

The I.T. Support Team is based in Oklahoma between Oklahoma City and Tulsa. We service both locations and everywhere in between.

We provide a SLA of 4 hours for customer that are experiencing impacting issues and need immediate assistance.

SLA agreements are by contract agreement.
Our service response varies by scheduling and staff availability. Remote service is an option in most cases.

We provide:

  • on-site hardware, network and printer support
  • remote or on-site backup services
  • remote software support
  • remote virus support
  • local operating system support
  • web design support

Our agreements are different for each site in order to meet your specific need.

The prices generally are not including costs for call out fees, after hours rates or excessive travel expenses.
